This makes me thing of a time when I would come out of a deep thought and would have no memory of what I was thinking, but that it was urgent and if I couldn't recall it my life was in danger. I felt I was going to die. They were extremely unsettling experiences. I can't even say my age at the time. I remember the home I lived in, I was older than 9.

Current ideas: HSP=ASD1 Might help to look into ASD1 - the new stuff- We are sensitive, so aware, and yet sometimes misreading intention/vibe, so more easily manipulated by A-holes…. For one possible scenario. ❤❤❤

My mom did mean things to me... When I was young she told me to get the dog and we went to the boondocks and she left trh dog in the woods and we went home.. I loved Freckles.. She too me to a salon and told them to cut my hair short.. My family knew she was mean to me.. I thought to of been ok.. She kicked me out before I was 18..anyways.. I am now recovering from a covert malignant narcissist that use reactionary abuse on me ans he is a dark triage.. LORD help us all.

Acceptance will give you the ability to interact with others in a calm real kind response. Stop trying to make other people who you think they should be. And let them be who they are. This is acceptance

Wow. I have been trying to understand myself and my parent relationship as I provide daily care for my parent who is now under hospice care. A person with narcissistic tendencies really does struggle as they age and lose being the center of attention. Your insight was extremely helpful and left me with my mouth open at times with increased understanding of some of my patterns throughout life…. I feel seen, validated and encouraged with additional tools to love my parent, ( and myself) well in this last season of their life. Thank you!

Oh my.. This is a curse. I know. I vow to become healthy. ❤ Physically and mentally. I eat walnuts raw with meals.. Raw seeds for the brain. Drink good water.. Exercise. Eat whole foods. Pay attention to vit D levels and no toxic vit and minerals. Prioritize sleep. Take care of yourself. Leave these monsters asap.. The damage to the brain and psych is horrible. I now know I am a highly empathetic person.. Who got victimized by a sick covert malignant narc of the dark triage.

I lived this and though she ended up passing away the damage had been done. He went full out narc mania after and I'm still trying to get out of the marriage. She's gone and he no longer has her to run to. I kind of feel sorry but quickly get ahold of myself bc there is no feeling sorry for me or what i dealt w via my own narc mother. He's literally trying to destroy me and now i have to respond in kind and i hate it.

I was watching the series Monster, about evil people. At one point the man stopped talking b/c how many times could he say " I ignored or overlooked her behavior" and not sound ridiculous. His wife ended up stabbing both of his children to death ( 6 and 2). So was it just her fault when he knew he was living with someone who was unstable? Get out while you can and don't look back.
